Hello all!
I’m Melissa, but you can call me Mai if you like. It’s one of my many nicknames ^_^ I’m playing it by ear on life, love, and everything else in-between.
… and I’m also wondering where my life will take me next. I realized that as much as I try to control my life, I really can’t. It takes me wherever it wants me to go. and yet, if I keep doing what I’m doing now, well, uncertain is unnerving, but it’s also a great learning experience.
Currently, I’m a graduate student pursuing a Master’s in English. I plan to pursue a law degree specializing in either Immigration, Corporate, or Copyright someday as well. I’m also working on several short stories, a collection of poems, and a few novels! I seem to be writing constantly and new ideas/story lines arise… I’m interested in writing my own manga, and have completely started from scratch for I’m not pleased with my panels >.< Can you say “perfectionist”?
This blog should be all about anime and manga… I’ll start posting articles as fast as I can and when I find the time to do it.
